Terms

A plain description of how the marketplace works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet a terms-of-service agreement — it needs one before launch.

We are an introduction, not a seller

Every car on this site belongs to the showroom listing it. Any sale is a contract between you and that showroom. We are not a party to it, we take no payment for a vehicle, and we give no warranty about any car.

Listings are the showroom's

Showrooms write their own listings and are responsible for them being accurate and for the car being theirs to sell. We remove listings that break the rules when they are reported, but we do not inspect every car.

Check the car yourself

Go and see it. Take a test drive. Check the registration, the insurance and the service history against the papers. Nothing on this site is a substitute for that.

Using an account

One account per person, with real contact details — showrooms rely on them to call you back. Accounts used to send abuse, spam or fake enquiries are blocked.

Still to be settled

Governing law and jurisdiction, limitation of liability, the showroom subscription terms and the dispute process all need drafting before this becomes an agreement.
